The Highlight of the Christmas Season (above picture)!!! The children of St. Margaret Mary on all grade levels joined efforts to make the holiday season a little WARMER for children, women, and men in need at our nearby shelters. These beautiful Christmas Bags were filled with Hats, Scarves, Gloves, Coats, and other important items to share with our Homeless community. See the NEED, FILL the NEED, and give the GREATEST GIFT of all that keeps on GIVING and that's LOVE.
We are so proud of our children from young to old that came together and united for a cause larger than THEMSELVES... God Bless everyone who joined the effort!
Our 8th Graders created care packages for our furry friends in Animal Shelters. This service project recognizes that all animals are God's Creations. Animals have feelings, wants, and needs...especially those in shelters who may feel alone and scared. These care packages will definitely make a wag of a tail or give a pep in a paw step!
Children all over the school are shaking things up in Music!!! Creating their own musical instruments like Maracas and learning all about the Art of Music...
Our 7th Graders are currently makng "Hats for the Homeless" by hand. This service project aligns to the Corporal Work of Mercy "Clothe the Naked". It is a known fact that Socks, Hats and Shirts are the 3 main items of clothings that people living in Homeless Shelters need the most. Donate to your local shelter TODAY!
