NEW 2022-2023 SMM Parent/Student Handbook
Please find enclosed in this file the 2021-2022 Parent/Student Handbook. Please review its contents carefully. On the first day of school a Welcome Packet will go home with forms to sign. One of these forms will be the acknowledgement to the HANDBOOK. This acknowledgement page MUST be signed and returned with your packet documents.

Beginning on December 1st our FORMS are AVAILABLE ONLINE FOR NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION ONLY... FILL them out right on the PDF (DIGITAL FORM) or print and fill them out by hand and scan them back to us... You could also stop by the school to pick up a Registration Packet there as well...Making your life a little more easier...
